They have excellent mechanical and electrical properties and are extremely easy to position. Our range of products covers soft solder spheres, such as balls in lead-based and tin-based alloys and braze alloys, including silver and copper-based products. But we also offer the “difficult” solders like copper-tin (75/25). Balls are available in every dimension from 0,2 mm in diameter
