These alloys, produced under vacuum, consist of high-purity elements (min. 99,99%) and are ideal for particularly demanding applications. They are oxide-free and exhibit excellent flow and wetting characteristics.

Vacuum braze materials can be offered as:

• fine blankings, ribbons, narrow foils, wire and wire slugs, spheres

Typical applications:

• brazing of diode and thyristor housings

• soldering semiconductor crystals in glass-passivated diode

• temperature step-soldering in the manufacture of radio, X-ray and electronic tubes

• soldering of optoelectronic housings, voltage protection devices, vacuum components and hydraulic channels.
