Aluminum Pedestal
The aluminum pedestal is used in applications where a nonferrous material is required. The pedestal assemblies are compatible with all types of our flooring products including solid perforated and grating panels. The type of pedestal is chosen based on seismic zone location, finished floor height and floor loading conditions.

Aluminum/Steel Pedestal
For other applications where all aluminum is not necessary - or for budget-sensitive clean room projects, a mixed aluminum/steel solution can be used. It consists of an aluminum head with galvanized (or other material) steel stud and steel tube that works with a steel base plate assembly that is designed for high seismic locations, high floor heights, and heavy loading

Note
The Aluminum and Aluminum/Steel pedestals can be mixed in the same floor without any modifications to panels
